Section 17-2036-25 - Employment requirements violent criminal activity pursuant to chapter applicant shall demonstrate that one or more adult members of the family who will own the home at commencement of homeownership assistance meets the following employment requirements:
(1) Is currently employed on a full-time basis, with an average of not less than thirty hours per week; and(2) Has been continuously so employed during the year before commencement of homeownership assistance for the family. (b) The following shall be exempt from the employment requirements: (2) A disabled family; or(3) A family that includes a person with disabilities and the authority has determined that an exemption is needed as a reasonable accommodation so that the Program is readily accessible to and usable by " persons with disabilities.
