Section 17-2031-97 - Agreement to enter into housing assistance contract(a) The authority shall enter into an agreement with the selected project owner prior to the start of any new construction or rehabilitation.(b) After the agreement has been executed, the owner shall promptly proceed with the construction or rehabilitation work as provided for in the agreement. If the work is not promptly commenced, diligently continued, or completed, the authority may terminate the agreement or take other appropriate action.Haw. Code R. § 17-2031-97
