Section 17-2031-84 - Selection(a) Families shall be selected without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.(b) Families may be selected by date of receipt of application.(c) In the event there are more applicants than family self-sufficiency allocations, the authority shall conduct a lottery to determine placement on the waiting list.(d) Initially, up to one hundred thirty-six Section 8 participants shall be selected to participate in the family self-sufficiency program.Haw.
