Section 17-2028-24 - Notification of eligibility(a) Applicants who are selected for placement on the waiting list shall be notified by e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the application that the applicant has been selected and placed on the waiting list within ten business days of the date the lottery occurs. Applicants who are not selected by the lottery shall be informed by e-mail at the e-mail address provided in the application that the applicant has not been selected for placement on the waiting list within fifteen business days of the date the lottery occurs.(b) Applicants who were either not selected to participate in the lottery, or whose application has expired, do not qualify for an informal hearing.(c) All other determinations of eligibility shall be made in writing by the authority and shall state the reason for the determination.(d) An applicant determined to be ineligible for admission or participation in the program shall be provided an opportunity for an informal hearing pursuant to section 17-2028-24.Haw.
