Section 17-2028-21 - Applicants(a) A person seeking admission to a public housing project shall electronically submit a pre-application form to the authority's prescribed online application portal.(b) Selection for placement on the waiting list shall not be deemed a determination on eligibility or admission.(c) An applicant who has misrepresented material information in an application for any of the authority's programs shall not be eligible to file an application with the authority for twelve months from the date of written notification from the authority.Haw.
