Section 17-2028-5 - Occupancy guidelines(a) The authority shall establish occupancy guidelines to maintain the maximum usefulness of the dwelling units, while preventing excessive wear and tear or underutilization. The occupancy guidelines are incorporated by reference and attached as exhibit A.(b) The occupancy guidelines shall provide for minimum and maximum dwelling unit sizes depending on the number of persons in a household for purposes of determining dwelling unit size for the wait list.
