Section 17-2026-202 - Source of funds(a) The corporation may receive federal funds to be used for the housing opportunities for persons with AIDS program from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development or from other governmental sources.(b) Funds received shall be used for program assistance needs as described in 24 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 574.
