Section 17-2000-3 - Business hours and location(a) The principal office of the authority is located at 1002 North School Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96817. All communication to the authority, including specifically its board and chairperson, shall be transmitted to the authority's office.(b) The principal office of the authority shall be open Monday through Friday, holidays excepted, from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. of each week day, unless otherwise provided by statute or executive order.
