Section 17-2000-1 - Purpose(a) These rules are adopted pursuant to chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"), and implement chapter 356D, HRS, and address the following objectives: (1) To govern the practice before the Hawaii public housing authority. State of Hawaii; and(2) To secure the just and efficient determination of proceedings before the Hawaii public housing authority.
