Section 17-610-17 - Notification of eligible households(a) Reductions, suspensions, and cancellations of allotments shall be considered federal adjustments to allotments. No adverse action notice shall be sent to certified households.(b) The department shall publicize the reductions, suspensions, and cancellations of allotments by the following: (2) Posters in certification Offices, issuance locations, or other sites frequented by certified households; or(3) General notices mailed to individual households.
