Section 17-403-32 - Vendor access to program and financial data(a) Each blind vendor shall be provided access to all program and financial data of the State licensing agency relevant to the Operation of the State vending facilities program, including but not limited to quarterly and annual financial reports, provided that Information authorized to be withheld by chapter 92F, Hawaii Revised Statutes, or required to be withheld by federal and State laws shall not be disclosed.(b) Insofar as practicable, data shall be made available in the vendor's preferred format.(c) At the request of a vendor, the State licensing agency shall arrange a mutually convenient time to assist in the Interpretation of the data.
