Section 17-402-25 - Public relations and education The services for the blind branch shall engage in public relations and education to promote public understanding of the purposes, objectives and services of the branch, to increase public knowledge of the branch's policies and to meet the needs of all eligible visually-handicapped persons.
(1) Public relations and education shall encompass a variety of activities including but not limited to person-to-person contact, radio, television, pictures, slides, movies, speakers, and appropriate media for reading.(2) All staff shall be aware and responsible for public relations and education in their daily contacts with people.[Eff.
