Section 17-1739-81 - Effective date of amendments to subchapter 3

Unless otherwise stated, amendments to this subchapter shall be effective concurrent with the effective date of federal approval to a corresponding amendment to the Hawaii medicaid State Plan for inpatient hospital reimbursement.
