Section 17-1737-106 - Revoking the election of hospice(a) An individual or representative may revoke an election of hospice care at any time during an election period.(b) The individual or representative shall file a signed statement with the hospice that revokes medicaid coverage of hospice care and the effective date of the revocation.(c) The individual or representative may at any time elect to again receive hospice care for any other hospice election period the individual is eligible to receive.Haw.
