Section 17-1720.1-15 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to describe the selection and subsequent enrollment provisions into a participating health plan. An eligible individual described in section 17-1735.1-2(a) shall be provided fee-for-service coverage and will not have the freedom to choose and be enrolled in a participating health plan.
