Section 16-88-58 - Disapproval of course providers, courses, and instructors(a) Course providers, courses, and instructors may be disapproved when: (1) The instructor or administrators of the course provider have had any disciplinary action imposed against them in any jurisdiction; or(2) The course provider, course, or instructor fails to meet the requirements in section 16-88-57.(b) Course approval may be withdrawn for cause after notification to the course provider by the board or the board's authorized designee.[Eff and comp 2/14/11; comp 4/13/12] (Auth: HRS § 455-6) (Imp: HRS § 455-6)
