Section 16-88-15 - Denial

If an application for a license, renewal of a license, or restoration of a license is denied by the board, the applicant or licensee, as the case may be, shall be notified by letter of the board's action which shall include a concise statement of the reasons for denial and a statement informing the applicant or licensee of the right to a hearing.
