Section 16-87-17 - Records The following records shall be maintained by the dealer:
(1) Warranty work invoices; all warranty offered for repair work shall be so indicated on the repair order and shall indicate the terms of the warranty;(2) All invoices, relating to automative repair including invoices received from other sources for parts or labor, or both;(3) All written estimates pertaining to work performed, customer consent forms, and all other forms required by the board; and(4) All work orders or contracts for repairs, or both, parts and labor. All records shall be maintained for at least two years.
