Section 16-78-10 - Application for examination and license(a) Applications for examination and license for a beauty operator or an instructor shall be filed at least seven weeks prior to the examination month, which may be regularly given not less than three times a year.(b) A temporary permit may be issued to an applicant that has met the requirements for examination.
