Section 16-37-8 - Report requirements

Where applicable, every franchisor or subfranchisor shall annually, on or before ninety days after the end of its fiscal year, file a report with the director showing:

(1) Number of franchises sold during the fiscal year.

(2) Dollar amount of the proceeds derived therefrom.
