Section 16-181-18 - Parties; appearances; interpreters(a) Parties in arbitration proceedings are consumers and manufacturers.(b) Any person compelled to appear, or who appears voluntarily, at the arbitration proceeding may, at the party's own expense, be accompanied, represented, or advised by an attorney or other representative.
