Section 16-133-19 - Contested case hearing

The applicant may petition the director for a contested case review hearing within sixty days following the decision. The director may transfer the petition together with the documents concerning the application to a hearings officer for further proceedings pursuant to sections 16-201-26 to 16-201-47.
