Section 16-117-48 - Grounds for denial, revocation, suspension, refusal to renew or restore, or to condition registration In addition to any other acts or conditions provided by law, the director may deny, revoke, suspend, refuse to renew or restore, or condition in any manner, any registration for any one or more of the following acts or conditions:
(1) Failure to meet or maintain the conditions and requirements necessary to qualify for the granting of registration;(2) Failure to establish or maintain a client trust account in accordance with Act 231, SLH 1992, or to provide a bond or irrevocable letter of credit;(3) Failure to notify the director of any change of the client trust account number or location in accordance with section -9, Act 231, SLH 1992;(4) Failure to notify the director of any change of information, documentation, or mailing address in accordance with section 16-117-14, and subchapter 5;(5) Violating any condition or limitation upon which the conditional registration was issued;(6) Failure to comply with the deposit and withdrawal provisions of Act 231, SLH 1992, and this chapter;(7) Violating this chapter, the applicable registration laws, or any rule or order of the director; or(8) Knowingly or intentionally violating sections -9(a), (b) or (c) of Act 231, SLH 1992.[Eff 1/16/93] (Auth: §§ -2, -17, Act 231, SLH 1992) (Imp: §§ -2, -17, Act 231, SLH 1992)
