Section 15-319-60 - Ingress to and egress from consumer's premises

Any officer, employee, or agent of the corporation shall have the right of ingress to and egress from the consumer's premises at all reasonable hours for any purpose reasonably connected with the furnishing of water or other service to the premises and the exercise of any and all rights secured to it by law or this chapter. If any such officer, employee, or agent is refused admittance to any premises, or being admitted shall be hindered or prevented from making such inspection, the corporation may cause the water to be turned off from said premises after giving twenty-four hours' written notice to the owner or occupant of said premises of its intention to do so.
