Section 15-319-19 - Reestablishment of credit
(a) An applicant who previously has been a consumer of the corporation and whose service has been discontinued for nonpayment of bills may be required (depending on the level of outstanding payments, if any, and on such applicant's creditworthiness as determined by the corporation), before service is rendered, to pay all amounts owing to the corporation and to establish credit as provided in section 15-319-18.
(b) A consumer may be required to reestablish credit in the manner prescribed in section 15-319-18, in case the basis on which credit was originally established has materially changed.
