Section 15-319-11 - Water for agricultural use

To be eligible for agricultural or mixed residential and agricultural rates, consumers shall:

(1) Provide documentation that their premises are engaged in agricultural use to the corporation upon the corporation's request; and

(2) Comply with the requirements set forth in section 15-319-24.
