Upon determination by the corporation of a qualified purchaser's non-compliance with program rules and requirements, the qualified purchaser shall be notified in writing and within sixty calendar days from the date of the notification, the qualified purchaser shall correct the non-compliance. The penalty for non-compliance with program rules and requirements is at the discretion of the corporation. In all cases, the corporation reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to recapture the funds awarded, to seek specific performance, or other actions deemed necessary.
