The corporation will evaluate the completed affidavits from the developer for acceptance. The corporation may deny the affidavit or defer action and request that additional information be submitted; provided that the applicant shall respond within ten working days, otherwise the corporation will inform the applicant that the affidavit has been denied and the reasons why. If the affidavit is acceptable, the applicant's name shall go on a list of qualified purchasers and the name shall be provided to the developer.
