An eligible developer shall conduct or participate in at least one public meeting in the community or development plan area in which the proposed project is located to solicit community input on the proposed project. The public meeting shall take place prior to corporation action on the project proposal. The eligible developer shall consult with affected community groups such as neighborhood boards, homeowners' associations, surrounding property owners, and the council member for the region.
