Section 15-307-23 - Project proposal; who may submit(a) Any individual, partnership, profit or nonprofit corporation, or public agency, upon having filed application with the corporation as required by section 15-307-24, may submit project proposals for review and certification by the corporation.(b) A project proposal may be submitted to the corporation together with the application required under section 15-307-24.
