Section 15-307-243 - Commitment of subaccount funds(a) Regional infrastructure subaccount fund loans may be committed in participation with other lenders.(b) The corporation shall not issue nor make any commitment of regional infrastructure subaccount funds for any project unless the board has first made a determination that the purposes and amounts for which regional infrastructure subaccount funds are to be applied are consistent with the purposes of the program. All commitments of regional infrastructure subaccount funds shall be made subject to the availability of program funds. Haw. Code R. § 15-307-243
