Section 15-305-1 - Purpose and applicability

This chapter is adopted pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, and implements chapter 516, HRS, which applies to all leasehold residential lots owned or held privately, or owned by the State or by the counties. Certain Hawaiian home lands and lands owned or held by the federal government are excluded.
