The rules under this chapter shall apply to all practices and procedures of the corporation, provided that where these rules are inconsistent with the corporation's rules under another chapter, these rules shall be superseded by the specific rule of practice and procedure of the other chapter. The board shall refer to Robert's Rules of Order for guidance on procedural matters not addressed in the corporation's rules or in law.
