Section 15-193-22 - Notification of eligibility(a) An applicant shall be notified in writing by the staff as to the applicant's eligibility after a determination is made and the notification shall specifically state the reasons for determination.(b) An eligible applicant shall be placed on a waiting list.(c) An ineligible applicant may request an informal hearing within fourteen days after date of the written notification.
