Section 15-185-82 - Eligibility(a) Participants in the corporation's Section 8 tenant-based and federal public housing programs are eligible to participate in the family self-sufficiency program.(b) Preference shall be given to applicants who already receive family self-sufficiency-related support services for fifty percent or less of the allocations.[Eff DEC 03 2001] (Auth: HRS § 201G-15) (Imp: HRS § 201G-15; 24 C.F.R.
