Section 15-185-61 - Inspections(a) The corporation shall annually inspect each dwelling unit leased to a participant of the program.(b) The corporation may conduct special inspections upon notification by the participant or owner that the unit does not meet housing quality standards or based on information from third parties such as neighbors or public officials.[Eff DEC 03 2001] (Auth: HRS § 201G-15) (Imp: HRS § 201G-15; 24 C.F.R. § 982.405(a))
