Section 15-185-55 - Payment standard(a) The maximum monthly subsidy payment for a family before deducting the family contribution is set by the corporation between ninety per cent and one hundred ten per cent of the HUD determined fair market rent. The corporation may establish a payment standard amount that is higher or lower than the basic range subject to HUD approval.(b) The corporation may approve a higher payment standard within the basic range to reasonably accommodate a family that includes a person with disabilities.[Eff DEC 03 2001] (Auth: HRS § 201G-15) (Imp: HRS § 201G-15; 24 C.F.R. § 982.503)
