Section 15-23-16 - Application fees(a) Applications for which a public hearing is required shall be accompanied by an application fee. The application fee shall consist of the following: (1) A nonrefundable processing fee of $2 0 0 to defray expenses associated with staff review, preparation of a report to the authority, and to conduct the public hearing; and(2) A fee for the publication and transmittal of the hearing notice. The cost of the hearing notice shall be refunded only if the public hearing notice has not been submitted to the publishing agency.
