Section 15-219-85 - Notice of hearing on petition for declaratory ruling; procedure(a) In the event a hearing is ordered by the authority, the presiding officer shall provide at least twenty days' notice of the hearing to the petitioner and any other parties of record.(b) Proceedings shall be held as provided in section 15-219-28.
