Section 15-219-67 - Initiation of rulemaking procedure(a) The authority may, at any time on its own motion, initiate proceedings to adopt, amend or repeal any rule of the authority.(b) Any interested person or governmental agency may petition the authority to adopt, amend, or repeal any rule of the authority.
