(a) This chapter 217 of the Hawaii administrative rules shall be known, and may be cited, as the "Mauka Area Rules."(b) References to "Rules" within this chapter are references to the Mauka Area Rules unless indicated otherwise. References to other regulations or provisions relevant to the Hawaii community-development authority, where provided, are for the convenience of the reader.
