Section 15-216-1 - Purpose and intent

The purpose of these rules is to establish an increased supply of housing for residents of low- or moderate-income within the Kalaeloa community development district. Such reserved housing shall be required as a condition of new residential development or redevelopment within the Kalaeloa community development district.
