Section 15-215-84 - Automatic approvals

The following permits shall be deemed approved if a certificate of completeness has been issued and no decision is rendered within the following review periods:

(1) Rules clearance and conditional use of vacant land (sixty calendar days);

(2) Improvement Permit (ninety calendar days);

(3) Development permit (one hundred twenty calendar days);

(4) Conditional use permit (one hundred twenty calendar days);

(5) Variance (one hundred sixty calendar days); and

(6) Master plan (two hundred calendar days).
