Section 15-215-63 - Historical and cultural sites(a) Lots located in the Kalaeloa CDD that are determined to be historically and culturally significant shall be preserved, protected, reconstructed, rehabilitated and restored by the landowners consistent with the implementing regulations of section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, as amended, and chapter 6E, HRS.(b) Prior to the submittal of any permit application to the authority, a developer shall obtain a letter from SHPD which confirms that the developer has complied with all SHPD requirements.
