Section 15-214-22 - Reciprocity with other state harbors

HCDA may enter into a memorandum of understanding with the department of transportation-harbors division or the department of land and natural resources to provide reciprocal rights for vessels without duplicating fees for moorage when Kewalo Basin is inaccessible.
