The coordinator shall facilitate and assist an applicant with obtaining all federal permits required in connection with a renewable energy facility. This assistance includes but is not limited to consulting with federal agencies, convening interagency working groups, coordinating federal permitting processes, and providing general oversight and assistance with the federal permitting process to facilitate the timely review of all permit applications.
