Section 15-30-11 - Appointment of hearing officer to hold hearing

The board by written resolution adopted by the board, may appoint a hearing officer to hold a hearing as provided by this chapter. Responsibilities of the hearing officer shall be described in section 92-16(3), HRS. A hearing officer shall not be used to hold a hearing in any contested case.
