Section 15-150-37 - Judicial enforcement of rules

The director may institute a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief to prevent violation of any provision of these rules or any condition attached to an approved application issued in accordance with these rules in addition to any other remedy provided for under these rules.
