Section 15-15-11 - Executive meetings(a) The commission may hold an executive meeting from which the public may be excluded, for those purposes permitted by section 92-4, HRS, but only if there is an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members present at the meeting; provided the affirmative vote constitutes a majority of the members to which the commission is entitled.
