Section 15-110-38 - Staffing and other charges(a) The manager shall determine and furnish the staff necessary to operate the facility for an event. The cost of staffing including but not limited to the cost of food service personnel, security personnel, electrical, lighting, and clean-up personnel shall be at the licensee's expense. In addition, the licensee shall reimburse the authority for all other expenditures made or incurred by the authority in connection with the event, plus an amount to cover administrative and overhead expenses.(b) Labor, equipment, and rental rates shall be at the prevailing rates as established by the authority from time to time.
